Cozonut wants your complete satisfaction

At Cozonut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your slippers, we offer a hassle-free 60-day return policy and a 24-hour cancellation window on your initial order.

 

Order Cancellation (within 24 hours)

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been processed for shipping.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please email our customer support team at anne@cozonut.com immediately with your order number.
  • We will confirm your cancellation and process your full refund promptly. 

60-Day Return Period

  • If more than 24 hours have passed or your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are still eligible for a return.
  • You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your slippers must be in a new, unused condition, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. 

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start your return process, simply send an email to our customer support team at anne@cozonut.com.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
  • Our team will respond with easy-to-follow instructions and provide a return shipping label. 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
