Shipping Information
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow an additional 24–48 hours for processing during peak seasons like holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the U.S. on all orders over $50.
- Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
- Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
- If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely.
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team at anne@cozonut.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Reminders
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
